EuroSpin is a food discounter in Italy and Slovenia .
EuroSpin was founded in 1993 by several partners and is today the largest hard discounter in Italy in all criteria with 8 million customers, more than 870 sales outlets (both 2011) and several billion euros in sales.
structure
The group is managed by the joint stock company EuroSpin Italia SpA, based in San Martino Buon Albergo in the province of Verona. This acts as a management holding , responsible for purchasing goods as well as supporting services, including marketing, quality assurance, logistics, billing, data processing, controlling, planning, corporate development and more. The group is divided into six independent companies that use the EuroSpin brand externally in different regions:

range
With an assortment of around 1,500 items, EuroSpin is comparable to Hofer KG , Lidl , Netto , Penny , Norma or Denner . In addition to food, the range includes various non-food products, e.g. B. from the fields of textiles, housewares and home improvement. It mainly has its own private label , but also selected manufacturer brands . In some newer sales outlets there are departments for fresh meat and fish, fresh baked goods and gastronomy. Since 2009, trips that can be booked online have been offered under the EuroSpin Viaggi brand in cooperation with the tour operator Igna's Tour from Neumarkt in South Tyrol. In cooperation with the company Digitalpix srl in Sondrio , services related to photography are offered online under the brand EuroSpin Photo , such as paper prints, posters, calendars and photo books.
