The fourth European wheelchair handball nations tournament was on 14 and 15 December 2019 Croatian Zagreb discharged. It was the last edition of the tournament. From 2020 it will be replaced by an official European wheelchair handball championship .
Croatia used their home advantage and won their first title with a 9-8 final win over Portugal . Hungary secured the bronze medal in the game for third place against defending champions Netherlands .
draw
The draw took place on November 26, 2019 at the EHF headquarters in Vienna . Spain canceled its participation at short notice and was replaced by Slovenia .

First, the teams in pots two and three were drawn into groups A and B. Then host Croatia was allowed to choose the group and chose group A. Portugal had to go to group B.
