European championships in modern pentathlon 1999
The European Championships in Modern Pentathlon 1999 were held for the men in Drzonków , Poland , and for the women in Tampere , Finland . It was the last year in which men and women determined the continental champions in two different events.
The German team won their only medal at these championships with bronze in the women's relay.
