Eurosong 2008 (Belgium)
The Eurosong was the Belgian preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade . The hosting television station was VRT .
The preliminary round consisted of four quarter-finals , two semi-finals and a final .

Eurovision
Ishtar only reached 17th place in the semifinals of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade ( Serbia ), so they did not qualify for the final.
Other
- Second placed Sandrine announced the Belgian points at the final of the contest.
- Katrina Leskanich was a member of the jury that determined the wildcards. Furthermore, Kris Wouters from Clouseau and Marcel Vanthilt belonged to it.
- Esther's song Game Over was the only one in Dutch, two English versions were also recorded, one of which is called No Smoke and was Queensberry's debut single . There is also a song in French-Italian (Vagabundo by Francesco Palmeri) and Ishtar with the song in fantasy language. All the other songs were (at least mostly) in English.
