Eva Crüwell

Eva Crüwell (* 1936 in Cologne ; † 1970 ) was a German actress .

Life

Eva Crüwell was born as the daughter of a publisher in Cologne. She received acting lessons from Agnes von Spetzler and made her theatrical debut in Munich . From 1957 to 1958 she was employed at the Baden-Baden Theater , and since 1959 at the Württemberg State Theater in Stuttgart . In 1955, Crüwell was given the female lead in the feature film Love is just a fairy tale . Her partners included Willi Fritsch and Gerhard Riedmann . Her foray into the film business, however, received little attention and so there were no follow-up offers. Later, the native Rhinelander worked for television several times, for example in 1959 in Account balanced and in 1961 in the drama The Winslow Case . It was not until 1962 that Crüwell was given the opportunity to act in a movie again.
