Eva Tonkel

Eva Tonkel (* in Heidelberg ) is a German film producer .

Life

Eva Tonkel studied film at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After completing her studies, she worked as a TV producer at Columbia Tristar Film und Fernseh-Produktions GmbH , where she wrote the scripts for the television series Nikola ( RTL ) and Ritas Welt ( RTL ) as well as the new developments Post Mortem and Powder Park ( Das Erste ) responsible. At ndF she took care of the television series Die Kumpel ( Sat.1 ) and St. Angela (Das Erste) in 2001 . As an editor at ProSiebenSat.1 , she was responsible for Funny Movies , Dr. Psycho and the Quatsch Comedy Club . In 2007 she founded the production company JET Productions, directed various music videos and produced the short film Leave Without Running . Since October 2011, Eva Tonkel has been responsible as a producer for the "Comedy" division of Odeon Film and is the managing director of GoodMood Productions. She is married to the actor Jürgen Tonkel , with whom she lives in Munich .
