Protestant church

The Protestant church is a listed church building in Berg Freiheit , a district of Bad Wildungen in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district ( Hesse ).

The half-timbered building , a simple, rectangular hall building from 1678, was crowned with a roof turret in 1737 . The wooden choir arch is remarkable .

Furnishing

The first altar was from the 17th or 18th century. The gallery and the chairs were built in in the 17th century, the pulpit got a door in 1743.

organ

The organ was built in 1678, rebuilt in 1962 by the organ builder Werner Bosch ( Kassel ) and placed behind the altar, and last revised in 1999 by the organ builder Noeske ( Rotenburg an der Fulda ). The abrasive loading -instrument has 8 registers on a Manual (C-c 3 Gedackt 8 ', Gedackt Flute 4', Principal 4 ', Nachthorn 2', Octave 2 ', mix III, Viola 8') and the pedal (C-c 1 : Subbass 16 ′). The actions are mechanical.

Peal

In 1973 the bell cage was renewed and equipped with two new bells.
