description
The church with a cruciform floor plan and carved parts of the house was built by Felix von Berner in the years 1895–1898. The tympanum relief on the main portal was created by Hermann Lang, the statue of the Apostle Paul by Karl Federlin . The church is not geosted , but aligned with the Brenztal and Brenz from north to south, which led to discussions during the construction period.
The Pauluskirche is owned by the Evangelical General Church Community of Heidenheim and is used regularly for church services and concerts.
