Evgeny Voznyuk

Evgenij Voznyuk (* 1984 ) is a Ukrainian dancer and dance teacher .

life and career

Growing up in Ukraine, he started dancing at the age of ten. He celebrated his first success at the age of 14 when he became a dance sport master for Latin American dances in Ukraine. A few years later he moved to Germany, where he met his future wife and dance partner Motsi Mabuse in 2005 . Mabuse and Voznyuk competed in their first dance couple competition in May 2011 in Blackpool . With Mabuse he became German champion in Latin dance in 2013 .

Mabuse and Voznyuk jointly run a dance school in Eschborn , where they also regularly offer courses as dance teachers.

Private

He has also been in a relationship with Motsi Mabuse since 2015. In June 2017, he and Mabuse married in Mallorca and they have a daughter (* 2018). Both are committed to women in Africa and to the aid organization Cotton made in Africa .

Let's dance

Voznyuk often works behind the camera as a choreographer for the RTL program Let's Dance . In 2015 he worked as a coach for Mimi Fiedler and Bernhard Bettermann in the RTL dance show Stepping Out .

In addition, he often appears in front of the camera as Motsi Mabuse's dance partner. In 2014 they both danced together on the floor and both ended their active dance sport career there. He took part in the professional special Let's Dance - The Great Professional Challenge in June 2019 with dancer Marta Arndt and dancer Evgeny Vinokurov .
