Marta Arndt
Marta Arndt (born October 27, 1989 in Kluczbork , Poland ) is a German dancer .
Life
At the age of eleven moved Arndt with her family to Germany. Here she started dancing in 2003 . For her dance career, she dropped out of school at the age of 18. From 2008 she danced with Nikita Bazev, with whom she won the German Open Championships in Stuttgart at the Rising Stars Latin in 2009 . In 2010 and 2011 they became German runners-up in the main group S Latin. At the end of 2011, the couple separated. Since 2012 Arndt danced with Pavel Pasechnik. From 2015 to the end of 2017, the couple competed in the Professional Division of the German Dance Sports Association .
TV dance shows
In 2012, Arndt took part in the RTL dance show Let's Dance for the first time. Her dance partner was the former discus thrower Lars Riedel . In the 2015 show Stepping Out she was the trainer of Mario Basler & Doris Büld.
In 2017 she was first dance partner of the presenter Jörg Draeger at Let's Dance , who left in episode 1. From episode 5, she danced with Giovanni Zarrella , whose dance partner Christina Luft could no longer participate in the show due to an injury. The couple initially retired in the ninth episode, but moved on after Heinrich Popow had given up due to injury . Zarrella and Arndt made it to the semi-finals and finished fourth. In 2018 she left with Chakall in Show 5, in 2019 with Özcan Coşar in Show 3. In 2020 she danced with comedian Martin Klempnow . They eliminated on Show 8.
