Eyal Golasa ( Hebrew אייל גולסה; * October 7, 1991 in Netanya ) is an Israeli soccer player .

Career

society

Golasa learned the ABC of football from Beitar Nes Tubruk . The club has the largest and most famous football training camp in Israel. In the summer of 2008, the Israeli record champions Maccabi Haifa secured the services of the talented midfielder. Already in the first year Golasa made the breakthrough and played into the club's first team. On September 21, 2008 he made his league debut when he came on for Rafaelov Lior in the 1-0 win against Bne Jehuda Tel Aviv in the 77th minute . After the 2008/09 season he was able to win the Ligat ha'Al , the Israeli championship, with Maccabi . This allowed the team to take part in the qualifying rounds for the 2009/10 UEFA Champions League . In the game against FK Aqtöbe Golasa played a key role in the "miracle against Aktobe" when he came on when the score was 3-0, scored a goal, prepared another goal and thus initiated the turning point in the 4-3 victory. With another success against FC Red Bull Salzburg , Maccabi reached the final of the Champions League. Here, too, the offensive player contributed a hit.

On February 1, 2010 Golasa was supposed to move to Lazio Rome before changing his mind and abandoning the move.

National team

On September 2, 2010 Eyal Golasa made his debut in the international match against Malta for the Israeli national team.

He also took part in the European Championship in his own country with the Israeli U-21 selection , but failed as third in the group stage.
