Ezequiel Morales (* 1974 in Lobos ) is a former triathlete from Argentina and Ironman winner (2011, 2012).

Career

Ezequiel Morales was active as a track and field athlete in his youth and now mainly competes in long distance triathlon competitions (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running). He has lived in Brazil since 2003.

In 2006, Morales was hit by a truck while training and had to pause for a few months with a pelvic fracture.

Vice-State Champion Triathlon Middle Distance 2011

In April 2011 he became Vice State Champion Triathlon Middle Distance. In September of that year he won the Ironman Wisconsin and in 2012 he won his second Ironman victory in Brazil in May .

Morales now lives in Niterói .
