Fábio Rocha Chiuffa (born March 10, 1989 in Promissão ) is a Brazilian handball player .
Career
Fábio Chiuffa played for the Brazilian club Metodista / São Bernardo until 2014. The left-hander then moved to the Spanish first division club AD Ciudad de Guadalajara . In the 2015/16 season he finished third in the ASOBAL league's list of goalscorers with 172 goals . In the summer of 2016, the winger joined the Danish first division club KIF Kolding København . A season later he moved to the Spanish first division club Naturhouse La Rioja . From summer 2018 he went hunting for goals for the Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon . A year later he joined the Romanian first division club HC Dobrogea Sud Constanța.
Fábio Chiuffa is a member of the Brazilian national team . With Brazil he took part in the World Cup in 2011 , 2013 and 2015 . With the Brazilian selection he won the silver medal at the 16th Pan American Games in Guadalajara and the gold medal at the 17th Pan American Games in Toronto . He also won the Pan American Championship with Brazil in 2016 . He was part of the Brazilian squad at the 2016 Olympic Games .
