Falmenta

Falmenta is a fraction (district, ital. Frazione ) of the municipality of Valle Cannobina in the Italian province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola (VB) in the Piedmont region . On January 1st, Falmenta became part of the new municipality of Valle Cannobina.

geography

Falmenta is 33 km north of Verbano in the Cannobina Valley on the upper reaches of the Cannobino River . The former municipality covered an area of ​​16  km² . The Crealla faction also belongs to Falmenta.
