Fanny Cottençon (born May 11, 1957 in Port-Gentil , Gabon ) is a French actress .

Life

Fanny Cottençon studied acting at the Atelier Blanche Salant and then played in the theater. Her film debut was as Oise in the 1977 emitted and Raymond Rouleau staged TV movie L'eau sale alongside Nicole Jamet , Véronique Delbourg and Louis Ducreux . In the early 1980s, her roles grew and became known to a wider audience in France. So she played alongside Simone Signoret and Philippe Noiret in Pierre Granier-Deferre's crime drama Stern des Nordens . For her portrayal of Sylvie Baron, she was awarded the French César Film Prize in 1983 as Best Supporting Actress.
