Fardin Masoumi Valadi (born November 10, 1977 in Gilan ) is an Iranian freestyle wrestler . He was a participant in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing .
Masoumi won the gold medal in freestyle at the 2006 World Cup and the 2007 and 2008 Asian Championships . At the World Championships in Guangzhou ( China ) he won the bronze medal. During the Summer Olympics in Beijing he was defeated by Kazakhs Marid Mutalimov in the battle for the bronze medal.
