The Faulkner Nunatak is a striking and around 200  m high nunatak on the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . In the Lassus Mountains it rises immediately west of Beagle Peak .

The nunatak can be seen in aerial photographs taken by the United States Navy in 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1978 after Harold T. Faulkner, head of the aerial photography department of the VXE-6 flight squadron in Operation Deep Freeze in 1969.
