Felipe Ruvalcaba Cisneros (born February 16, 1941 in La Experiencia , Jalisco ; † September 4, 2019 ), also known by the nicknames El Príncipe and Pipis , was a Mexican football player who was used on the offensive .

He spent his youth at Club Deportivo Imperio ; a club in his neighborhood, from whose offspring a number of talents have emerged.

He began his professional career in 1960 at Club Deportivo Oro , a club from the neighboring city of Guadalajara , with which he became Mexican champion in 1962/63. In 1967 he moved to Deportivo Toluca FC , with whom he won the championship again in his first season in 1967/68.

National team

"Pipis" Cisneros was appointed for the first time in the circle of the Mexican national team in the context of the soccer world championship in 1962 , in which he was not used.

He made his international debut on March 24, 1963 in one of the most embarrassing appearances of the Mexicans, when "el Tri" lost 2-1 at the Netherlands Antilles. His only international goal was the important equalizer for the 1-1 final against Costa Rica on April 6, 1965. He completed his last international match on March 14, 1967 in a 1-0 win against Haiti.

In between he was called up again in the Mexican World Cup squad at the 1966 World Cup , but this time again he was not used.

He was also part of the Mexican selection at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo , where his team failed in the preliminary round.
