Felipe Santiago Xicoténcatl
Felipe Santiago Xicoténcatl (born May 1, 1804 in San Bernandino Contla , Tlaxcala , † September 13, 1847 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican general.
After the Mexican War of Independence , Xicoténcatl joined the army as a lieutenant in 1829 . Xicoténcatl was promoted to lieutenant colonel in 1843 . In the course of the Mexican-American War , he commanded the Batallón de San Blás . Xicoténcatl was killed in the Battle of Chapultepec .
