Felix Alaba Adeosin Job

Felix Alaba Adeosin Job (born June 24, 1938 in Esure ) is a Nigerian clergyman and retired Archbishop of Ibadan .

Life

Felix Alaba Adeosin Job was ordained a priest on December 24, 1966 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on March 11, 1971 auxiliary bishop in Ibadan and titular bishop of Abthugni . The Bishop of Ibadan, Richard Finn SMA , ordained him episcopal on July 4th of that year ; Co- consecrators were John Kwao Amuzu Aggey , Archbishop of Lagos , and Anthony Saliu Sanusi , Bishop of Ijebu-Ode .

On October 5, 1974, he was appointed Bishop of Ibadan. With the elevation to the archbishopric on March 26, 1994 he was appointed Archbishop of Ibadan.

On October 29, 2013, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
