architecture

In the northern urban expansion area directly in front of the railway bridge spanning the Hermann Piecq facility is the four-axle three-storey residential building with a built-in jamb and a two-storey extension. Folding symmetrically structured facade with two protruding external axes like risalit ; horizontally structured by sill and floor cornice.

The ground floor, which is structured by imitation cuboids and keystones , shows the two unadorned window openings on the right, the deeply cut apartment entrance and, on the left, a wide gate passage. The wall surface of both upper floors is structured by joint cuts; the first floor, in the sense of a bel étage, is characterized by strongly emphasized architectural elements. Apart from the jamb windows, which are formed as horizontal rectangles, all windows of the facade are uniformly rectangular in shape. On the first floor they are emphasized by segmental arched aedicule imitations (in the outer axes) and beam-bearing pilasters with flat crown ornaments; on the second floor framed with a simpler, entablature-crowned border. Finally, a flat sloping gable roof .
