Ferhat Odabaşı (born July 15, 1983 in Divriği ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper .

Career

Odabaşı learned to play football in the youth team of Gençlerbirliği Ankara . In 2001 he moved to the fourth division Gençlerbirliği ASAŞ with a professional contract . Here he quickly fought for a regular place. For the 2003/04 season Gençlerbirliği ASAŞ was bought by Gençlerbirliği Ankara and equipped as a second team and players from their own youth and reserve team. At the end of the season they reached the championship of the TFF 3rd Lig and rose to the TFF 2nd Lig . Two seasons later he reached the runner-up in the TFF 2nd Lig with Gençlerbirliği ASAŞ and thus direct promotion to the TFF 1st Lig . Already on the following season they became champions of the TFF 1st Lig and rose to the Süper Lig . Thus, he rose with his team in five seasons four divisions. In the Süper Lig Odabaşı lost his regular place and came only sporadically to use.

For the second half of the season he was loaned to the second division Eskişehirspor . With this team he managed the relegation victory of the TFF 1st Lig, thus once again advancing to the Süper Lig.

With the expiry of his contract with Gençlerbirliği ASAŞ, he left this team and went to the second division club Çaykur Rizespor .

After a season at Rizespor, he moved again, this time Kardemir Karabükspor . Here you reached the championship of the TFF 1st Lig so that again promotion to the Süper Lig. After one season at Boluspor and Kayseri Erciyesspor , he switched to Göztepe Izmir in the summer of 2012 . With Göztepe he missed relegation at the end of the season. So he left this club and moved to the second division Orduspor .

For the 2014/15 season he moved to the second division Elazığspor and played for this club for a season.
