Fernando Silva dos Santos or Fernando Silva for short (born May 18, 1991 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Fernando Silva started his professional career in 2012 at AA Caldense . In the same year he was signed by the ABC Natal . In 2013, Silva moved to Europe and joined the Bulgarian association Slavia Sofia .

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the Turkish TFF 1st Lig to Şanlıurfaspor and played for this until January 2016. He then continued his career at Desportivo Aves , which played in the Portuguese second division . He mostly came on as a substitute in the second half of the 2015/16 season . In the summer of 2016 he moved to PFK Montana in the Bulgarian Parwa liga .

Fernando Silva went to Macedonia at the beginning of 2017 and joined first division club FK Pelister Bitola . He and his team qualified for the Europa League at the end of the 2016/17 season . In the 2017/18 season he lost his place on the team and was often used as a substitute. At the beginning of 2018 he left the club to join league rival FK Renova Džepčište . There he fell out after five games until the end of the season.
