Ferwert ( Dutch Ferwerd ) is a village in the Dutch municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân (until 2018 Ferwerderadiel ), Fryslân province .

Ferwert has 1,795 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). Not far from Ferwert is the Warftdorf ( Terpdorp ) Hegebeintum .
