The Hehenberg branch church , also known as the Hehenberg pilgrimage church , is located in the village of Hehenberg in the municipality of Taufkirchen an der Trattnach in Upper Austria . The Roman Catholic branch church and pilgrimage church of St. Veit of the parish church Taufkirchen an der Trattnach belongs to the dean's office Kallham in the diocese of Linz . The church is a listed building .

architecture

The small late Gothic church building has a single nave, two-bay, vaulted net-ribbed nave with retracted buttresses and a retracted lower, single-bay vaulted net-ribbed choir with a five-eighth end. The western ridge turret wears a pointed helmet. The south portal and the sacristy door are Gothic.

Furnishing

The high altar and the pulpit are from the end of the 17th century. The right side altar bears Baroque figures in the style of Johann Peter Schwanthaler the Elder from the third quarter of the 18th century. The left side altar bears a late Gothic clothed statue of grace Mary with child .
