The Putschall branch church, built in 1809  in the community of Großkirchheim, belongs to the Sagritz parish and is dedicated to Maria Hilf .

The simple classical church consists of a square choir, a single-nave, two-axis nave with a turret and a vestibule added in 1969. During the restoration in 1997, the classical facade decoration with engraved pilasters was restored.

In the nave, a flat dome arches over four set arches. The space is structured by Ionic pilasters with plait decoration . In Eingangsjoch one-settling gallery is built. A painted canopy from the 19th century decorates the altar conche. The ceiling painting in the nave shows the coronation of Mary and the four evangelists in medallions.

The small altar in the baroque shrine houses a Madonna figure from the 15th century. A baroque crucifix is ​​attached above. Furthermore, a Mariahilf picture in a neo-baroque canopy-like frame is placed on the altar. The church's furnishings include a carved figure with Christ on the column from the 18th century and console figures of Saints John Nepomuk , Antonius of Padua , George and Ulrich from the second half of the 18th century. The Stations of the Cross were created around 1700.
