The uncollected, enclosed on three sides choir consists of two yokes. It is covered by a barrel vault with stitch caps . The two-bay nave spans a burr cross vault , modest stucco frames show angels' heads.

The tower on the west side is structured with pilasters and ends at the top with an onion dome . The church also has a cemetery walled with tuff blocks with a separate area for the innocent children (born out of wedlock).

organ

The organ of the St. Maximilian Church was built in 1848 in the workshop of Max Maerz. Except for the prospect pipe, the instrument has been preserved in its original form, making it the oldest preserved church musical instrument made by the organ builder Maerz. Despite the installation of an electrical wind system, it can still be operated via two large wedge bellows. The organ was restored in 2009 by the organ builder Linder (Nussdorf / Inn) and handed over to the community on October 25th with a festive organ consecration . It contains seven registers on a manual and pedal and has a mechanical register and key action ( Shaper ). The instrument is also used for organ concerts outside of church services.
