reception

The album reached # 85 in the German album charts.

“Just where conservative circles would like to see their concept of the“ German Leitkultur ”established, Buchner's“ Bavarian World Music ”has been blossoming for almost 20 years, one of the most beautiful alternative designs: in the rooms of a former village inn. Because his film scores are far too beautiful to be buried in archives, there is now the best that the knacky multi-talent wrote over the years for directors like Franx X. Bogner and Julian Pölsler. As always, a great pleasure: the mastering by Matthias Ruckdäschel, which, according to the motto "The star is the instrument", depicts the diversity of Buchner's sound cosmos in the cleanest high-tech sound and without any gimmicky.
