Map with all coordinates: The 91.7 km long Finnewanderweg is a long-distance hiking trail in central Germany . It leads from Weißenfels in Saxony-Anhalt along the Saale - Unstrut valley over the ridge of the Finns and the Hohe Schrecke to the breakthrough valley of the Unstrut in Sachsenburg in Thuringia , which is also known as the Thuringian Gate . There it is continued as the Hainleitewanderweg .
