First Love is a youth episode series produced by ZDF and broadcast in 1998. Young people meet their first great love.

You never forget the time of your first great love. All of life is full of romance, lust and passion, but also full of grief, worries and doubts. This is how it is portrayed in the individual episodes, which do not always end happily. The actions of the episodes are self-contained and cast with changing actors.

The series of episodes was an attempt by ZDF to make the program attractive to a younger audience. Most of the roles were filled by young talents who were relatively unknown at the time. However, the hoped-for success did not materialize.
The broadcast took place on Tuesdays in the evening program.
