Patrick Wolff (actor)
Patrick Wolff (born November 11, 1975 in Munich ) is a German actor .
Life
Patrick Wolff was born the son of the actor Christian Wolff . From 1995 to 1999 he learned acting and singing from Anneliese Hofmann de Boer .
In 1994 he stood for the first time in the ZDF series Forsthaus Falkenau together with his father in front of the camera. Regular guest appearances in series such as SOKO 5113 , Medicopter 117 - Every Life Counts , The Rosenheim Cops and The Old One followed. Patrick Wolff played his first leading role in 1998 in the ZDF television series First Love . He also worked in television films such as Decision on Mauritius (2001), the Rosamunde Pilcher film adaptation When only love counts and the three-part Canadian Dreams and internationally in the Italian three-part La Crociera . In 2003 he was in Gabriel Barylli's The Light of Africa and in 2001 in Migratory Birds of Love , with his father. In the ZDF series Die Rettungsflieger he played the rescue assistant Sergeant Johnny von Storkow from 2003 to 2007, his most important role until then. Many films and series roles followed, including as the son of Mayor Wöller ( Fritz Wepper ) in Um Himmels Willen from 2001 to today.
Patrick Wolff also played theater. In 2001 he was seen in his first theater role in Forty Carats , and from 2003 to 2004 he toured with Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince . In 2007, Patrick Wolff played one of the leading roles in The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare and played Antipholus of Ephesus, his first classical role. In 2009 he played Fred Engel in Der Schatz im Silbersee at the Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg .
Patrick Wolff has also worked as a producer since 2014. Stairway Up , his first feature film, was released in German cinemas in 2015 and screened at several festivals. In 2017 he founded Double-U Film with his partner Patrick Winczewski .
Patrick Wolff has been the patron of the … taking small steps… association , which takes care of children suffering from cystic fibrosis, since 2010 .
