Fyodor Sergejewitsch Kuzmin , mainly known under the English transcription as Fyodor Sergeyevich Kuzmin or Fedor Kuzmin , ( Russian Фёдор Серге́евич Кузьмин; born April 17, 1983 in Rybinsk , USSR ) is a Russian table tennis player . In 2007 he became vice-European mixed champion.

Career

Kuzmin won a gold medal in the men's singles at the Slovenian Open 2005. Together with his partner Oksana Fadejewa , he won a silver medal in the mixed doubles at the 2007 European Championships.

In the final they lost against Aleksandar Karakašević and Rūta Paškauskienė . The Russian qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics by securing a spot in a qualifying tournament.

In October 2014 he was at times considered the best Russian table tennis player. At the time he was 164th on the ITTF world rankings .
