Life

Construction activities
Abbot Florentinus spent a lot of money on the monastery houses in Münster and Osnabrück . In 1754 he had a sacristy with arched windows built to the east of the main nave . In the outer wall there is a stone relief from around 1540. His predecessor, Abbot Ferdinandus Oesterhoff , had the organ with 36 registers installed in 1745, but did not live to see the completion. In 1751 it was ceremoniously inaugurated under Abbot Florentinus.
