Fodé Diakité (born January 26, 1985 in Dabakala ) is an Ivorian football player .

Career

Fodé Diakité was under contract from 2001 to 2003 with the Ivorian clubs WAC Selafe , Toumodi FC and Issia Wazi FC . In 2004 he moved to Belgium . Here he signed a contract in Anderlecht with RSC Anderlecht where he was used in the second team. From January to June 2005 he was loaned to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise . The club played in the second Belgian league, the 2nd division . In 2006 he moved to Asia . Here he signed a contract with Chonburi FC . With the club from Chonburi he played in the country's first division, the Thai Premier League . After the Hinserie he moved to Singapore in mid-2006 . Here it took the first in the league, the S. League , playing Home United under contract. In 2008 he returned to Thailand. The first division club Pattaya United from Pattaya signed him for a year. After the end of his contract, he went back to Europe in 2009 , where he signed a contract with third division Paris FC in Paris . Here he played until June 2010. He then went to the fourth division AFC Compiègne in Compiègne . In early 2012 he went back to Thailand where he signed a contract with his former club Chonburi FC. In 2012 and 2014 he was runner- up with the Sharks and was in the final of the FA Cup in 2014 . In the final, they beat Bangkok Glass 1-0. In 2015, the league competitor BEC Tero Sasana FC from the Thai capital Bangkok signed him. After 31 first division games and four goals, he moved back to Chonburi Province in 2016, where he joined the fourth division club Phanthong FC . Phanthong was considered the reserve team of the first division club Chonburi FC. After one season, he played again for Chonburi FC in the first division in 2017. For the Sharks , he completed 34 first division games. After the end of his contract he was without a contract or a club until mid-2018. Fourth division Bankhai United FC signed him for the remainder of the 2018 season. Since the beginning of 2019 he has been without a contract or association again.
