The Fojnička rijeka (Croatian and Bosnian; Serbian Fojnička reka / Фојничка река) is a left tributary of the Bosna in Bosnia and Herzegovina .

The Fojnička rijeka arises east of Fojnica near Šavnik at the confluence of the Dragača from the left and Željeznica from the right at the foot of the Vranica Mountains. At Kiseljak the valley widens to a plain; there the Lepenica joins from the right . In Visoko the Fojnička rijeka joins the Bosna after 46 km. The catchment area of ​​the river has an extension of 727 km².
