Foolproof - Tricked (Alternative title: Foolproof - breaking, break, settle! ) Is a Canadian film in 2003 with Ryan Reynolds , Kristin Booth and Joris Jarsky in the lead roles.
action
Kevin, Robert and Samantha have known each other since they were studying together. The trio have a strange hobby: in their spare time, they plan hypothetical, foolproof break-ins at banks or other institutions with seemingly insurmountable security systems, of course without ever considering actually putting one of these carefully crafted heists into practice.
However, when one of their professionally worked out plans disappears during a break-in into Sam's apartment and shortly afterwards the diamond wholesaler Hamish is actually robbed exactly as described in the plan, the three get serious problems.
The professional criminal Leo Gillette is in possession of the plans and the stolen diamonds. He wants to force the trio to steal securities worth $ 20 million for him from a well-secured bank vault and replace them with forgeries so that the theft is not noticed immediately.
