Kristin Booth
Kristin Booth (born August 28, 1974 in Kitchener , Ontario ) is a Canadian actress .
Life
Kristin Booth grew up in Kinkora, a town near Stratford , Ontario. At the age of twelve Booth made her debut as an actress in the musical Annie , where she played an orphan. After graduating from high school , where she was a member of the school theater company and participated in several school productions, she enrolled at Ryerson University in Toronto to take part in the prestigious theater program. After her studies, which she finished with flying colors in 1997, she made her debut in the same year in front of a television camera with a guest appearance in the television series Exhibit A: Secrets of Forensic Science , followed by other television productions. In 1999 she played the role of the naive Sondra , who has to fight for her life, in the dramatic agent series Nikita in the episode 314 questions of conscience (hand to hand) .
Her first leading role was played by Booth in 2003 in the Canadian feature film Foolproof on the side of Ryan Reynolds .
In 2004 she appeared in several episodes of the series Missing . In 2004 and 2005 she appeared in the series ReGenesis and in 2005 she won the Gemini Award for her guest role in the episode Spare Parts .
In 2014, she got a lead role as Shane, a post investigator in the Hallmark series "Signed, Sealed, Delivered," which was discontinued after a season.
