12 Monkeys is an American science fiction series that has been broadcast on the US broadcaster Syfy since January 16, 2015 . It is based on Terry Gilliam 's film of the same name from 1995. The focus of the plot is a time traveler who is supposed to prevent the release of a deadly virus in the present.

The German synchronization was for a dialogue book by Klaus Terhoeven and the dialogue director of Ursula von Langen by the synchronous company Film & TV sync in Munich .

Charisma

The first season with German synchronization has been available on Prime Video since June 15, 2016 . The German-language free TV premiere followed in August 2016 on RTL Nitro . The second season with German synchronization has been available on Amazon Video since June 15, 2017.

The third season aired in the United States from May 19-21, 2017 on Syfy. In March 2017, a ten-part fourth season was announced, with which the series will end. In June 2018, the US broadcast of the fourth season began.
