Hannah Waddingham (born November 16, 1974 in Wandsworth , London ) is a British actress , musical artist and singer .

life and career

Hannah Waddingham was born in the British capital London in 1974 . Since her family is very musical, she also took this path. In addition to singing, Waddingham is mainly active on the theater stage, so she first worked in a production of the play Spamalot and then managed to be successful on New York's Broadway . She was u. a. honored with an Olivier Award . Once again she received great praise for her performance in a production based on Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik .

In 2010 Waddingham played the role of the witch in the musical Into the Woods at the Open Air Theater . Other theatrical performances booked Waddingham with The Wizard of Oz and Kiss Me, Kate .

In addition to her stage work, Waddingham has also been featured in film and television since 2002.
