Markus Pfeiffer

Markus Pfeiffer (* 1967 ) is a German actor and voice actor . He was best known as the voice actor for Colin Farrell in the movie Alexander as well as the voice of James Franco in 127 Hours and Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible - Phantom Protocol .

Life

Pfeiffer grew up in the Freiburg area. After moving to Hamburg in 1989, he attended the Hildberg Frese drama studio there until 1992 and then worked at the Altona Theater . He made his best-known appearances as an actor in the crime series Tatort , Ein Fall für Zwei and in various series. In addition, he was also active as a radio play and audio book speaker. Between February 2007 and June 2017 he played the main role of Matthias Faller in Die Fallers - The SWR Black Forest Series until he died serialized.

Pfeiffer now prefers to work as a voice actor and has often lent his voice to Adrien Brody , Colin Farrell and Luke Wilson . He is also the German dubbing voice for Laurence Fox as DS James Hathaway in the English crime series Lewis - Der Oxford Krimi . From 2015 to 2018 he spoke to Raza Jaffrey in the role of Dr. Neal Hudson in the Code Black series . He has also been speaking since Ant-Man Paul Rudd in the role of Scott Lang in the Marvel Cinematic Universe .

From December 2019 (episode 3297) to August 2020 (episode 3431) Pfeiffer played the role of Dirk Baumgartner in the ARD - Telenovela Sturm der Liebe .
