William Thomas "Bill" Hader, Jr. (born June 7, 1978 in Tulsa ) is an American comedian , actor , voice actor and screenwriter .

Life

Since 2004, Bill Hader has appeared as an actor in over 100 film and television productions. He gained greater fame from 2018 through the lead role in the comedy series Barry . His portrayal of the eponymous professional killer, who tries his hand at drama in Los Angeles , earned him two Emmy awards for best actor in a comedy series.

In addition to his work as an actor, he worked regularly in various functions in the production of the show Saturday Night Live until 2013 . He also dubbed characters in various animated films and series. He is also a writer for the socially critical comedy series South Park , where he works alongside Trey Parker and Matt Stone .
