The Foros Spur (English; Bulgarian рид Форос rid Foros ) is a 7.5 km long, 5.7 km wide, up to 1150  m high and rocky mountain ridge in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . On the east side of the northern Sentinel Range in the Ellsworth Mountains , it forms 12.96 km east of Mount Warren , 9.68 km southeast of Branishte Peak and 11.3 km northeast of Mount Lanning the southeastern extension of the Gromshin Heights . The Rutford Ice Stream is to the east and the lower section of the Witscha Glacier is to the west of it.

American scientists mapped it in 1961. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2014 after a headland on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast .
