Forest manure

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Düngel forest is a state forest in Lower Saxony in the municipalities of Schwanewede and Hagen in Bremen . The forest area is north of the Heidhofer Teiche and east of the village of Meyenburg in the historical Osterstade landscape . In the north of the forest area are the villages of Uthlede , Lehnstedt and Wulsbüttel , which belong to Hagen ; to the east is the Garlstedter Heide with the Lucius D. Clay barracks . The area is cut through by the A27 motorway . It is drained by the Kuhfleth and the Garlstedter drainage ditch , both of which flow into the Aschwarden flood ditch , as well as by the Drepte streams .

In the Düngel there are several stone graves, including the passage graves Lehnstedt 82 and 83 as well as the camp cemetery in Meyenburg and the Düngel waterworks built in 1977/78 .
