history
The villa was built in 1905/06 by architect B. Geiling in the style of late historicism or art nouveau . The property is a two-storey clinker brick building with a hipped roof , with an embossed base, polygonal corner tower and central projections with curved gables and sandstone structure . The property consists of the same materials and the same compositional elements as the property opposite, Frühlingstrasse 2 , but has wider proportions and a freer formal language than house no.2, which was built in the early days .
The enclosure is made of cast iron .
On the one hand, the villa has a single - storey half-timbered building with a gable roof , clinker infills and a central projection. The pavilion that was created at the same time is a round cast iron frame with a bell roof.
