Francesco Giaculli

Francesco Giaculli (born June 25, 1928 in Lavello ) is an Italian film producer and director .

Life

Giaculli studied linguistics, literature and philosophy in Siena . He later moved to Milan , where he attended the school of the Piccolo Teatro di Milano . At first he worked in television. For the cinema he produced several successful films in collaboration with Mario Cecchi Gori ; between 1957 and 1960 he worked in this role in six films.

He made his debut as a director in 1959 when he stood in for some scenes by Gastone for the sick Mario Bonnard . The comedy Gli incensurati from the following year was his only solo contribution; it is a comedy with Peppino De Filippo . After that, Giaculli left the film business and became the editor of an aviation magazine , the Volare .

Giaculli started flying in 1956 and later became president of various flying clubs.
