Francis Xavier Mugadzi
Francis Xavier Mugadzi (born February 20, 1931 in Gokomere ; † February 6, 2004 ) was Bishop of Gweru .
Life
Francis Xavier Mugadzi was ordained a priest on December 12, 1964 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Gweru on October 25, 1988 .
The former bishop of Gweru, Aloysius Haene SMB , donated him episcopal ordination on January 14th of the next year ; Co - consecrators were Patrick Coveney , Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Zimbabwe , and Patrick Fani Chakaipa , Archbishop of Harare .
