Franck Ducheix (born April 11, 1962 in Oran , Algeria ) is a former French saber fencer .

Franck Ducheix won the bronze medal with the team at the 1989 World Championships in Denver . He took part in the Olympic Games four times : In 1984 he reached the final unbeaten in the team competition in Los Angeles , in which the French team Italy had to admit defeat 3: 9. Together with Philippe Delrieu , Pierre Guichot , Hervé Granger-Veyron and Jean-François Lamour , Ducheix received the silver medal. Four years later , he missed another medal win with the team in fourth. At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, he and the team lost 9-1 to Hungary in the semi-finals , but then prevailed 9-4 in the battle for third place against Romania . In addition to Ducheix, the team also included Jean-Philippe Daurelle , Pierre Guichot, Hervé Granger-Veyron and Jean-François Lamour. In the individual, he finished 18th. 1996 in Atlanta he was in his last Olympic participation with the team fifth, while he finished the individual competition in 13th place.
