Frank Eisenberg
Frank Eisenberg (born December 7, 1943 in Somsdorf ) is a former German long-distance runner who started for the GDR .
Over 5000 m he was ninth at the European Athletics Championships in 1971 in Helsinki and at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.
In 1969 he was GDR champion in cross-country skiing on the short distance, in 1972 over 5000 m. In 1972 he was East German runner-up over 3000 m in the hall .
Frank Eisenberg started for SC Leipzig . His twin brother Gert Eisenberg was also successful as a long-distance runner.
