Frank Hohenadl (born June 29, 1972 in Holzkirchen ) is a former German ice hockey player who won the German championship with the Kölner Haien in 1995 .

Career

Hohenadl began his career in the junior team at SB Rosenheim and made his first four appearances in the then highest German league, the Bundesliga , during the 1991/92 season . With the Rosenheimers, he was even able to reach the play-off final for the German championship, which was lost, however, with 0: 3 defeats against the Düsseldorfer EG .

In 1992 the trained defender moved to Cologne EC , with which he won the German championship in the 1994/95 season . Hohenadl completed a total of 60 league games in the championship season and scored 13 points scorer . He then left Cologne and signed a contract with league rivals SC Riessersee . Since the club withdrew from the DEL at the end of the season, Hohenadl left the club. In the following years he was active for the ETC Timmendorfer Strand and the 1st EV Weiden , before returning to Rosenheim in the summer of 1998.

He then played for two years for the Rosenheimers, who had since been renamed Starbulls Rosenheim. When the Starbulls canceled their team at the end of the 1999/00 season due to financial difficulties, he joined the SC Riessersee. There he ended his career in 2002.

International

For Germany , Hohenadl took part in the U20 Junior World Championship in 1992 and the B World Championship in 1999 .
