Frank Latimore

Frank Latimore (actually Frank Kline , born September 28, 1925 in Darien (Connecticut) , † November 29, 1998 in London Borough of Hillingdon ) was an American actor , mostly in European cinema.

Life

After a short time as a stage actor, the likeable, extroverted and handsome Latimore got a contract with Twentieth Century Fox and played supporting roles in several films. From 1947 he took up residence in Italy and a few years later in Spain. In both countries he achieved a productive career with successes as an actor in adventure films , westerns and melodramas , including in American productions that were shot in Europe. Latimore ended his career with a small number of films in the US and a few guest roles in television series. Latimore died in an old people's home for actors called Denville Hall.
